The Recruiting managers in Secure Group are responsible for finding, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles in the IC and Management Path. They network online and offline with potential candidates promoting our employer branding, reducing our time-to-hire and ensuring we attract the best of the best professionals.
Progression
In order to progress in our development path and Level Up or Step Up, our Recruiting Managers must:
- Meet the criteria of the Level & Step Chart for the Management Path
- Demonstrate proficiency in the HR Realm

All mentioned salary ranges represent the monthly income in Bulgarian Lev after taxes and deductions.
